Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we request you to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include a description and photos of the damage or defect for our records. We will provide a full refund or replace the item, based on your preference.

3. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

However, in case of damaged or defective items, we will bear the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, such as gift cards and downloadable software products.
